Shipping Policy
We ship all orders within 24 hours (except on Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed before 9:00 AM will be shipped the same day.
Shipping is based on your order value on all orders across India.
All products, including live plants, are carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours. We ensure proper preparation and packaging of plants before shipping.
Orders are shipped via DTDC, Delhivery, or India Post, and typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellation requests, please send an email to care@frostyfield.in or inform us via WhatsApp at 9313065553.
Unfortunately we can't honour all cancellation requests since we provide same day dispatch for all orders placed before 12pm. Hence if you want to cancel your order, please inform us within 6 hours of placing the order.
No cancellations can be entertained after this window.
Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To raise a replacement claim for live plants, an uncut unboxing video needs to share with us on the same day of delivery.
To start a return, you can contact us at care@frostyfield.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We can replace the product or provide you with a refund based on the individual case.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received, checked and accepted, we'll send you the right product within 3 days. Please note that for exchanges and replacements, you need to send the items back to us at your own expense, unless the cause of return is damaged goods or wrong items delivered by us, in which case, return shipment charge will be borne by us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
